Level Her Up

What will I  gain from the program as a mentee?

Our girls make friends, embark on new adventures, and realize their power. They gain leadership and positive identity development skills and become strong leaders at school, at home, and in the community. They also improve their confidence and join the next generation of successful women.

How will participating in the program impact my home and school life?

By participating in the mentoring program, our girls have reduced disciplinary actions in school and at home by significantly improving communication with their parents.

We also require at least 20 hours of community service hours per session and the completion of one civic engagement activity per semester.

What are some of the discussion topics?

Our mentoring program discussion topics include financial literacy, independent living, public speaking, job readiness, leadership building, conflict resolution, personal safety, goal setting, dealing with bullies, and self-esteem building.

Through workshops, open forums, projects, and community service activities, we empower teenage girls to build self-esteem and develop their strengths and leadership abilities. We encourage them to live up to their highest potential and motivate each other to become more influential voices in their community.
