Your Flo, My Flo
The Your Flo, My Flo campaign empowers girls during their time of the month while providing access to necessary sanitary products, education, and resources. We also partner with local elementary, middle, and high schools to establish Period Pantries to ensure all who need menstrual products have access to them.
What impact does Your Flo, My Flo have on the community?
Your Flo Box
The International Girls Academy students curate and produce monthly subscription boxes for girls who receive their menstrual cycle for the first time. Your Flo Boxes contain sanitary pads and information on what to expect during their first cycle, a welcome video, and a calendar.
Your Flo, My Flo Talks
Every quarter, The International Girls Academy hosts informational talks about reproductive health care, sexual health, health care delivery, education advocacy, and research.
Your Flo Student Ambassadors
Students participate in a 12-week program that discusses reproductive health care, reproductive rights and policies, community disparities, advocacy, and research.
After completing the 12-week program, students have the opportunity to eliminate stereotypes regarding reproductive health and rights within their communities. Students are rewarded with a stipend after successfully completing the program.
