International Girls Academy Receives $5,000 Enterprise Mobility ROAD Forward Grant
We are thrilled to announce that the International Girls Academy (IGA) has been awarded a $5,000 Enterprise Mobility ROAD Forward grant as part of the organization’s ongoing commitment to advancing social equity in communities across the globe.
Empowering the Next Generation of Female Leaders
This generous grant will directly support IGA’s mission to unite, uplift, and empower young women through innovative programming and transformative experiences. With these funds, we will expand opportunities for our students to participate in events like the Ujima Business Plan Competition and Kumbathon25, providing platforms for girls to develop entrepreneurial, scientific, and leadership skills.
Enterprise Mobility’s ROAD Forward Initiative
Launched in 2020, the ROAD Forward initiative supports organizations that address social equity gaps in communities where Enterprise Mobility operates. By 2030, nearly $165 million will have been granted to local nonprofits and key partners through ROAD Forward to support three areas: early childhood development, youth health and wellness, and career and college preparation.
A Lasting Impact
IGA is honored to be among the hundreds of organizations recognized by Enterprise Mobility’s ROAD Forward initiative. This grant will help us continue our work to inspire confidence, creativity, and leadership in the girls we serve, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to reach their fullest potential.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Enterprise Mobility and the Enterprise Mobility Foundation for their belief in our mission and for investing in the future of young women leaders.
Stay tuned for updates on how this grant will make a difference in our upcoming programs and events!
